These are some traits that I figured out I should’ve been following, and since I am nearly out of College right now, I think I could help someone out.
Be Nice.
This is also a general life rule but especially a college popularity rule. Be nice. People usually underestimate the power of being nice. The nicer you are, the more people gravitate towards you because you’re so welcoming and open and you’re just nice with a smile on your face.
People want to wake up to that. Its so nice of you when you’re easily accessible, you’re easily approachable. Early on college people are super afraid of how they are perceived. If they see a nice sweet positive person they automatically get drawn. Because we’re so insecure about ourselves, but the thing is everybody is.
So if you overcome that moment of insecurity and be the first person to talk, you have the upper hand. You make that person comfortable with you because you’re so nice.
Network like crazy
This is also a life rule, all about the networking life. I feel, one key to popularity and key to putting your own identity out there is becoming a focal point for conversation. So if you’re a person who introduces people to each other you become the focal point of conversation, which is…
