How I became a Happy Monk at home During the Pandemic

Have some isolation every day

Since we were forced to stay indoors during this period, a situation of not having the same people around was unavoidable.

But I don’t always like all the habits of all the people around me. Plus, when you are around each other for so long, you get irritated.

Due to this condition, you get exposed to some weird traits of the person which won’t bother you otherwise, but now, they do.

I got some me time everyday, a corner at my home was my go to place when I felt irritated.

I deleted the people who stole my joy

I was glued to my messaging applications, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, even though there was nothing specific happening over there directly.

But indirectly, they were stealing my joy. All the Instagram Stories that I saw had people doing interesting stuff, having fun, and enjoying lives.

I felt bad. I mean, I was stuck indoor because the administration body had asked us to, and the cases were rising in my place like crazy; so I had no other choice.

I had to be brave to remove those people out of my life. They were bringing my mental state down, which I could…
