How I tricked my brain to do Hard Things in life.

One of the hardest things that I ever did in my life like in terms of the sheer amount of willpower it required was doing a three-day food fast and I literally tricked myself into doing it. Like it wasn’t even my plan to do this thing, I only found out about it two days ago. Yet here I am, haven’t eaten for the longest period of time in my entire life.

I like the fact that I’m starving. How did I pull this off? How did I trick myself to doing such a hard thing? Well, it’s actually quite simple.

See during that period of time in my life I was getting fat, I was traveling around a lot and I sort of have this obsession with trying out new foods. Whenever I go to a new country including fast-food chains. So one day I ended up stuffing myself past my limit with Mexican food and I was feeling super tired and bloated. So I decided to jump on my phone and browse a subreddit called r fitness because I felt like I had gone too far this time.

That I had to start shedding off some of that belly fat I had accumulated and by pure chance, while scrolling through the subreddit I came across a post showing a before and after picture of someone who had undergone a huge transformation in a very short period of time. It was something like 20 pounds in just two months I was impressed and intrigued at the same time. How in the
