I don’t like training legs
Many people don’t train their legs because they either find it too difficult or too lazy or don’t want to train their legs for some reason.
Many even don’t know what they’re missing out on by not training legs.
Training your legs can be very beneficial to you in your other athletic endeavors. People tend to go to the gym to increase their athletic performance, or they want to lose fat, or they want to build muscle or look good.
It’s a touchy subject for some people that don’t like training legs. They say that it’s too hard for them or don’t like doing it, or just too focused on their upper bodies.
For your Nervous System
The first thing on my list is why train legs are increasing the efficiency or the quality of your central nervous system. So, if you’re one of those who don’t train legs, we focus on upper body training.
Parts like your chest, back, shoulders and arms, and abs, chances are they are not really stimulating the muscles and the nerves in your lower body as well as you are for your upper body.
